A large gilt-bronze and cut glass chandelier
A large French, gilt-bronze and cut glass chandelier. Designed by George Hoentschel in partnership with Mewes and Davis.
The frame supports acanthus scroll branches of light and spires spread over two tiers, which is hung with hand cut losenges and beads, large cut glass plaques, facetted drops and rosettes, cut glass obelisks and terminated with a solid glass ball.
Professionally wired for electricity.
