A 'Retour Egypte' Six Branch Ormolu Chandelier

An empire revival six branch Ormolu Chandelier, Circa 1840, Louis Philippe stye. With charming small jewel like pendant and bead drops, some are soft mauve in colour. The outswept arms with sconce pan and latticed candle holders supported by a convexed body mounted with Egyptian style heads as supports for the arms. The central shaft made up of various classical details including a central tatzer, and the upper section swagged with a tent of gem like pieces of crystal glass. Pieces like this were also made in Russia and unfortunately it did not come with any provenance.
