An unusual gilt brass and crystal chandelier

An unusual, gilt brass and crystal 12 light chandelier of wide proportions. With a central stem encased with glass elements, the 12 arms of light are suspended below three tiers of splays hung with cut glass plaques and icicle drops.  Mid 20th century.
