The panelled box base surmounted on shaped bracket feet, with carved detail.
The arched brass dial with engraved centre and silvered Roman chapter ring surrounded by finely cast spandrels.
Revolving moonphases to the arch with painted blue background, stars and full moonphases, with sivered and engraved numbered outer edge with additional tidal markings.
