A good quality hand cut two tier English chandelier with swan necked branches terminating in glass dish drip pans and glass sconces. Festooned with hand cut swags of glass buttons.
The centre column is comprised of a ballista stem, terminating at the bottom with a cut glass hollow blown ball.
